PLUG AND WORK
The ATB-4SAFETY is a Plug and Work instrument that allows the immediate installation and programming, the operator can work directly with the large resistive touch screen display 12 inch also be used with gloves or with barcode reader or with traditional push button controls.
MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
The system is adaptable to the specific needs of the device under test with the ability to program up to fifteen functional measures in automatic sequence or by operator, with instructions and images.
CONCATENATION FUNCTION
The function allows the repetition of individual measurements or measurement sequences, in automatic mode or by operator with instructions and images. Independent test parameters, all measurements are stored in a database.
Application example: products with multiple grounded metal parts independently on which to repeat the ground test measurement, ….conductive parts present on the product not grounded to guarantee isolated and in dielectric strength … etc. etc.
SELF TEST PROGRAM WITH DEDICATED EXTERNAL TEST LOAD
AUTOTEST function with resident software and “TEST LOAD” to verify efficiency traceability – The test load is associated with the testing system the parameters are reported in the user manual and are present in the Report Calibration of the instrument – The function complies with the daily test of the inspection surveillance documents.
The AUTOTEST is proposed at power on directly on the monitor with the image of how to connect the Test Load, alternatively, the function can be called up by the operator with a command on the screen. By confirming the execution of the self-test, the measurement system will automatically perform two complete measurement cycles where the test and acceptance parameters associated with the TEST LOAD expect to find “All PASS, All FAIL, otherwise the result of the function AUTOTEST will give FAIL with an acoustic and visual warning.
All test and acceptance parameters with the measurement results of the two test cycles will be stored in a database with date/time: mm: ss
Measurement functions subject of the AUTOTEST:
- Test of the protective conductor and FAIL indication;
- Insulation resistance test and FAIL indication;
- Dielectric strength test and FAIL indication;
- Leakage current test in a ground fault condition and FAIL indication.
THE AUTOTEST DOES NOT REPLACE THE CALIBRATION
